1. Knives – you knives are the most common victims for rusting. To keep your knives free from rust, always wash off the particles every after use. Use warm water when doing so. Don’t leave them wet for a long time. Dry them up after wash by using a dry and clean cloth. If you can wash you knives with your hands all the time – better. However in inevitable cases where a dishwasher is badly needed, make sure that you use the right amount of detergent and water and to take the knives out the machine a soon as washing is done.

Commercial cleaners contain harmful chemicals which when acquired by the body causes a variety of health problems. Humans and pets can acquire the chemicals through inhalation and ingestion. 3. Make sure to always dry up your utensils after washing. Hand washing is highly encouraged over machines. If you are a daily dishwasher user; however, taking utensils out of the machine as soon as washing is done and letting them dry up properly can help prevent rusting as well.
